Time to introduce new recruits who just joined the team. @LinaSofia will be working on keeping you guys informed and aware of what Ubiworkshop is up to. @xabaz is a designer, he’ll work with Julia (@arthead, whose designs you are well-acquainted with) to create awesome products that you’ll hopefully love. @blarose will replace jerome in managing the many aspects of apparel creation.
I hope you’ll give them a warm welcome!
Jerociraptor and myself are gradually moving onto new projects within the studio. Of course, we’ll still be around, commenting on your latest crazy idea (Assassin’s Creed bathrobe I’m thinking of you).

If you were wondering, we really do brand new hires with a branding iron. Don’t tell anyone, there’s a slight chance that’s not fully legal. But they’ll never talk. So there’s that.

welcome all the newbies. the branding iron hurts some but not too much. i was branded once trying to iron my school uniform. it’s in the shape of a little triangle. i guess i have been branded into the sandwich club.

I’m glad that chrislewis and jerociraptor aren’t leaving forever. It would be a huge blow to our morale if they did, prompting us to become so depressed that instead of branding we’ll resort to the good ol’ fashion ring-finger chopping.
I suspect that’s what he meant.
