why does the boxes look like the windows in mac, if anyone gets what i mean ;)

I noticed that too! Nice artistic touch! Very modern. Well these events are from 2000, so I wonder if we’ll see an iMac desktop.

well, for me, i like it when it is ancient or futuristic style

Philadelphia??!! Abstergo has a facility in Philadelphia?!! Oh, this is not good… The facility does look alot like Jefferson Hospital in Philly.
I wonder if there will be some Philadelphia references in AC3. It was the nation’s capital in Colonial American days, so I expect some reference there. Perhaps we will learn about some Abstergo activity in Philly? As a Philly resident, I’m stoked to find out more!

you’ll never know but they may have already been on to you for a while…

@falconpunch1 It’ll probably be like the shorter sequences in the other games (Vatican in AC2, Cappadocia in ACR, or some of the missions in ACB). We’ll probably get to explore a small portion of the city.

is the dog lapping up the blood?! *shudders* it looks like it’s whining and getting its extra vitamins for the day at the same time. talk about multi-tasking.
Al said on July 19, 2012
It cared about its master so much that its in denial, beliving that it could regurgitate the blood and bring him back.

“…many years that have passed since we released him into the wild…”
this amuses me, despite how Vidic clearly only see Daniel as equipment or a wild animal….
Al said on July 19, 2012
I wonder if there was any reason why they chose to release him into the forest. Did they specifically choose the people from the woods or was it solely symbolic? Maybe the people that found him are also considered savages/animals and the Templars thought that it was fitting for an animal to be raised by “animals”.
LooneyTexan said on July 19, 2012
they left him in the forest because the likelihood of someone coming over to them to tell them they left their kid behind is very low. if the boy was dumped in the city, there are too many curious folks who will stop the adult from leaving if they see child abandonment happening right in front of their eyes.
Al said on July 19, 2012
If there’s one organiztion that’s good at clandestine work, it’s the Templars. I’m sure there are many ways to sneak a reclusive child into the a city and dump him anywhere without being seen. It’s not like they’ll choose to dump him in front of a crowd of people and in case they do get spotted they can just make a quick getaway in one of those stereotypical unmarked vans. They can even pretend to drop him off at a library or toy store, etc.
LooneyTexan said on July 20, 2012
yes, drop him off at a library or a toy store. but in his underwear?
Al said on July 20, 2012
If they really wanted to roleplay and drop him off at a toy store, etc then of course they’ll dress him if they think it’ll help. Or they could pretend that they found a boy wearing only an underwear in the toy store. Come on, don’t leave all the imagination to me.
Also they said he returned to the Philadelphia hq, which means he was probably indoctrinated there as a kid. Where is this hq? Somewhere in a rural area? It’s possible that they didn’t even go that far when they unleashed him.
We need to know Daniel’s past before LD&A found him. Did he have a family (if yes, were they assassins)? Dumping him in a city might’ve called the wrong attention if there was someone that could recognize him.
It just seems so silly that Abstergo would be worried about people stopping them from tossing the child onto the street. I think I remember reading stories of people who drive up to a hospital and dumping a pregnant woman or dying person then slamming the gas never to be seen again.

i am thinking abstergo killed his parents, kidnapped him and did what
they did to him.
