Hm… Nikolai what are you up to? Do you think you can leave your past behind so easily?!

Read every page of Webcomic Wednesdays… Thank you for sharing this great series!

Agreed! I didn’t really use the flipbook but whenever they posted a new part I would bring out my copy and pretend I was reading it along with them.
When they give us The Chain I’ll wear my Nikolai/TWCB shirt to celebrate!

don’t thank them too much yet. there’s still the epilogue.
Al said on July 25, 2012
Cool! Didn’t know they’re gonna post that too. Thought it was exclusive to the omnibus.

They’re showing the epilogue?! Woop! I’ve always wanted to know what happens during the epilogue, ifrom what I’ve heard it’s very interesting. Can’t wait to see it
pedgz said on July 26, 2012
if memory serves well, that’s what they said back when it was still at the start of issue 2
(and since my order of the deluxe hasn’t arrived yet, i may end up reading the full epi here!)

After that, I hope they bring back volt or make a flipbook for the encyclopedia. It’d be nice to read it along with everyone here.

tears of joy?
tears of remorse?
daniel, you topless bastard!
LooneyTexan said on July 26, 2012
yes, made me wonder why he did not have a shirt on when he went into the animus. desmond had a tshirt AND a hoodie. he was totally covered.
Al said on July 26, 2012
Yes, I wondered when you wondered that Daniel might be topless because he “attacked” the secretary.
Wait, isn’t Lucy’s abstergo pal a secretary? And she wrote to Vidic asking what happened to her?! I need to check again.
Danny Cifuentes said on July 26, 2012
yeah your right about that.. but hmm did daniel got to abstergo by the time desmond was held prisoner in there?
pedgz said on July 26, 2012
daniel would have most likely been aware of desmond’s capture and animus sessions there. heck, he might even be smart enough to figure out if his ancestor is connected/related to any of desmond’s remember, he’s been to every assassin hideout, and i’m pretty sure he knows all about wiliam and son.
Al said on July 26, 2012
I am almost certain Daniel was back at Abstergo by the time Desmond was already captured. Because in the first game, somewhere near the end, Vidic plays an audio feed of the Assassin’s failed attempt to rescue him. Then he goes on to say something along the lines “We’ve been busy the past year, digging up your little communes and hideouts. It’s only a matter of time before your kind is extinct.”
I just went back to check the letters between Vidic and Lucy and I don’t think they made any mention of her friend being a secretary. So I’m wrong about that. Sorry…

maybe in the early animus you had to be topless ^^
pedgz said on July 29, 2012
or optionally naked…
hence, the M rating.
Al said on July 29, 2012
Maybe they’re also using the Animus to calm him so that they can perform surgery on him at the same time… Probably put some sorta time bomb just in case he turns rogue, then… BOOM! His heart flies out of his chest.
