yay. need to get my replacement hoodies. the ones i got last year are coming apart all over. stitches coming off and even the eagle behind is slowly starting to unravel around the edges. thankfully i can sew some and fix the little problems here and there.

every day and every week. washed them in laundry nets to preserve them but they are slowly starting to come apart. i don’t use the dryer for them either. now they are just sitting in the wardrobe. i am wearing my altair hoodie and dev team hoodie now. even my altair hoodie is coming apart lol. loose thread here and there and a lot of pilling. it looks crappy now. lol. and i don’t even parkour in them.

I have a GUT feeling that the Desmond Hoodies are going out of stock but ITS just a GUT feeling I have. I think that future hoodies should get an animus upgrade. in a way. Desmond Hoodie 2.0 could have a sleeker design to it with the red and white similar to how the animus 2.0 was. If they make Desmond Hoodie 3.0 well IDK what to say since I haven’t seen the animus 3.0 yet.

Im hoping it gets changed to Shipped today, but I won’t be holding my breath.
As I said in the other hoodie news post, I’ve worked in shipping departments before, so I totally sympathize with situations like this one where an order is held up by no fault of your own. That said, if you post a picture of the product up an give a shipment window, your putting a lot of pressure on yourself to deliver on that window.

@sammytheking I’ve been patient. As I’ve mentioned before in these threads, I’ve worked
in a shipping department for companies before, so I know all to well the horror and frustration
of having to tell customers their shipment is delayed and possibly for a lot longer than a few days.
With that said, if you put yourself out there by showing that you’ve finally received the product
AND you give a shipping time frame for the customers who’ve been waiting since a certain date
(I’m well before the July 23rd cutoff), then you better make sure you can deliver on that promise.

So I sympathize with the challenges they face, but I can’t look past the fact that
they trumpeted the fact that item finally arrived and told people that it would ship
between the 1st and 8th if you ordered it before July 23rd. If you give hard dates
like that, then you have to live up to them, otherwise, don’t give them.

It’s 5PM in Montreal, so assuming they have the same shipping/quitting times as what’s average for here in the US, I think it’s safe to say if yours hasn’t been ‘Shipped’, they’ve missed the time-frame they gave.

I Received the Hoodie last night, with the awesome Picture. the hoodie fits great, only one problem, the front Zipper is backwards so the
is face in when dangling, this normally wouldnt be a big deal to me however i waited 6 months for the hoodie and I feel things like that shoudnt happen, Very Disappointed assassin here, because i want it fixed, I will now have to take it to a tailer to see if they can fix it. SMH
