    ubiworkshop brought us a great bunch of short films to tie in to the major games of the series. are you guys in the works for a new one for connor? i sure hope so…

    That would be amazing! Was it Ubiworkshop that did Lineage, I was unaware of this…  :-o

    Hopefully they will because it’s the biggest AC game ever and conclude’s Dezzie’s story so it’s very important. And we don’t know when the next one afterwards will be…

    An epilog for Desmond’s story like they did for Ezio, or just an opening for a new trilogy.

    ^ agreed. if ac3 will wrap up the desmond arc, i hope a short would be an epilogue-of-sorts for him as well as a prologue-of-sorts for a new modern day protagonist.

    They did one for the new ghost recon, so it seems plausible but there seem to be no rumours yet. Does anybody remember how long before the release of AC II we discovered that they were making Lineage? Wouldn’t it be hilarious if they gave a sneek peek at the upcome assassin’s creed feature film?

    lineage 1 was released october 27, 2009. 2 and 3 on the november 13, 4 days before ac2 was released in north america. first teased/announced on e3 2009 & sdcc 2009.

    ascendance came out alongside acb. first revealed/teased june, 2010

    embers at the same time as revelations (although there was a premiere of it in montreal). first revealed june, 2011.

     

    seeing june is just around the corner, we might be hearing something about this soon. alongside the ac3 ubiworkshop edition. probably an added goodie for that.

    I think a whole movie would take too much time and money, they wanna focus on the game they said.

     

    Also they planned an AC movie, I think it’s still pending though?

    If they made a movie ACR E3 trailer style, it would be nice.. that has been mentioned before but it will take too long to produce, i reckon. I am just happy with the games and the tees and hoodies and the belts and the belt buckles and even more tees. I guess i am easily satisfied…

    i’d rather they make a full-length film after ac3 (or after wrapping up everything in this arc). last we heard from it is that there is the question on creative control.

    @ pedgz connor’s lineage would be interesting, i think. i am not sure if he was born an assassin. it does seem that he joined the order to assert justice for all the wrong did to his native tribe. but if we are to expect him to have eagle vision in the game, that might mean one of his parents came from TWCB. which parent would that be?

    @looneytexan they explained somewhere that Connor wasn’t born an Assassin. After something happened to his people and he got annoyed that they wouldn’t do anything about them Connor went off to join the Assassins. And there are probably a lot of people who have TWCB DNA in their family tree so Eagle Vision is more then likely, though I couldn’t really guess which parent passed it on to Connor.

     

    Also Ezio and Altair aren’t related so its a fair assumption that Connor could be from yet another branch of Desmond’s ancestors.
