    @pluc does all shipping come with tracking number? The Chain been shipped but I have yet to receive a tracking number.

    @shadownet I think it’s fairly standard, though I don’t know if we have a method to automatically notify you of it – seeing as all shipping is done (painfully) manually. You should poke @JD on that.

    @shadownet Now that you mentioned it I’ve never received tracking numbers for any of my orders either. I just know I will receive them eventually. Maybe they will show it in your Order Status page?

    @shadownet and @v1sav1s not to sound obvious here (or potentially rude) but did you select the shipping options that have a tracking number? Not all of them do. Also you item probably has to be collected by the delivery people before a tracking number is assigned/given as it has to enter their system to be applied, so unless your item is actually marked as ‘shipped‘ and not ‘awaiting shipping‘ a number shouldn’t be expected yet. Also, and this is judging by other people’s experience as I’ve never had one with tracking from here, it can some times take a couple of days for UbiWorkshop to notify you of the number by email (they are busy after all and have lots to ship out).

    @mysticheero No worries! You sound like a friend trying to help. 1) yes, I always choose the most affordable option that includes tracking, 2) yes, for my past orders I waited till status said shipped but still didn’t receive tracking. Even after UW notifies via email that items are shipped. All couriers I know only issue a number after the item(s) enters the facility, 3) all of my orders so far have taken at least a month to arrive and a tracking number was never given before then.

    I’m not worried at all though (even if I should be). Costs are what they’re supposed to be and I chose the shipping option for the lowest price not because it has tracking. I know my orders’ll arrive and that’s that. :P

    there should be a tracking link, i think you have to go to your order status and click view details and there should be a link somewhere
