    @mysticheero well I checked the shipping page in the FAQ page and it seems like every international shipping options Ubiworkshop provides has tracking provided. the only one on the list that doesn’t provide tracking is the cheapest option for within Canada only. I did pick the cheapest one internationally so it should provide tracking.

     

    @sammytheking Yes I went into my order status. it said “shipped” yet no tracking number on that page. completely blank. It was shipped on the 2nd of August.

    i didn’t choose tracking, so no surprise that there is no link in my order, but my page looks this:

    seems logic that there should be a link, maybe they forgot to put the tracking links

    @shadownet I live in the UK and always chose the cheapest shipping option, as the UPS and above sometimes like to add on customs charges otherwise – it doesn’t come with tracking.

    Small Packet International Air is the cheapest international shipping they offer and take 10-15 business days to be delivered. No tracking is included with it.

    Ok just checking – a number of people have incorrectly assumed the Small Packet International Air came with tracking so I just wanted to make sure.

    So in that case I would just ask (via email direct to Ubiworkshop) for an update on when you’ll get a tracking number. Just bare in mind with how mad house it is over there at the moment it may take them a couple of days to get back to you.

    If it helps with timeline of shipment i ordered on March 12th…and am still awaiting shipment ;)

    That’s interesting @horizonne …I ordered a black and a white desmond hoodie….plus a Belt buckle….

    no other pre-orders in that one (I pre-ordered my encyclopedia, 2nd edition, seperatly ^_^)

    …so much for chronological eh? LOL

    maybe they’re doing it by locale (I’m in the UK…further to ship?)…clutching at straws now :P
