I think most of the strong language is in Italian but you might be able to avoid understanding them if you turn off or don’t read the subtitles…

I guess you should try renting AC2 or ACB first and if you think you can handle one of those then go back and start with the first.

i think if you are not comfortable with the sexual themes, coarse language, blood and violence, don’t buy AC at all. nothing worse than feeling condemned for indulging in something that you really don’t want to get yourself into in the first place.

    Don’t underestimate the power of moms… (a) (6)

Like pedgz said, I’m not sure about your age.

  • Profile picture of pedgz pedgz said 10 months, 3 weeks ago ago:

hmmm… no offense, but you’re over 40 (according to your profile, at least) and you’re telling us your mom has a say on what games you should buy and play? pardon me, but at that age (1) you should be able to decide which game you choose to play or not; and, (2) you should be mature enough to determine whether the amount of sexuality (or violence, too) involved in a certain or different types of media is tolerable for you or not.

like i said, i was going by his profile info, but if he’s indeed below 18, he shouldn’t be playing or buying ac games at all.

I entered my dad’s age in fear I couldn’t make an account. Besides, most kids my age regularly play M games. AND YOU CAN TURN OFF BLOOD IN AC GAMES

@spencerman007 They included the option to turn off blood because there are mature audiences (17+) who’re disturbed by it or find it distracting. They didn’t include options to turn off the rest of the Rated-M themes in the game. These games are intended for a mature audience so you should get your permission from parents/guardians first.

i agree with spencerman007, most kids play such games. when i was like 10 or something i did also play mature games, like grand theft auto. :P but maybe your right @pedgz and @looneytexan, kids should not play such games.

ahhh… see that’s the kind of maturity these games do not call for. your logic of “most kids your age regularly play M games” does not necessarily equate you kids have the MATURITY to play these types of games. so, you turn the blood off in ac games. okay, but YOU’RE STILL KILLING PEOPLE IN-GAME. if you’re equating the violent content with just the blood, well, you’ve got a long way to understanding the content, kid. but don’t worry, i am not coming to the conclusion that you’ll do in real life what you are doing in-game, but i am doing so on the assumption that you are indeed mature enough to see it as that. heck, i’m not even going to touch the sexual content anymore, because, seeing how you interpret the sexual nature of the ac games, it’s clear enough you have yet to understand, moreso, appreciate, how the content is presented in it.

…but let’s be realistic here. you yourself said, “kids your age regularly play M games,” so the question is: since that is the logic you are running by, why stop yourself from buying and playing ac games in the first place when, quoting you, “kids your age regularly play M games” anyway?

and if you want me to be the devil’s advocate: “hey, kid, sex is better. it can bring forth life. violence? violence eventually leads to death.” (6)
