    I ordered a Desmond Hoddie 6 months ago and the date just keeps being moved so will i ever get the coat

    you’re not the only one waiting man. most of us are too, including me. I’m positive they’ll be deliver by the end of July. I think the reason they’re behind is because 1st of all there are only 2 people working in the shipping department, and second they just got a new batch of Small and Medium (though medium just sold out again) so they have to pack those in too.

    There’s one person in the shipping department. Everyone else at Ubiworkshop pitches in every day to help pack, label, carry and ship the items (and there are a lotof them). We really are doing our best, there have been delays outside of our control but we try to make it worth it for you guys whenever we can. We know nobody likes waiting for their order – we shop online too.  Your hoodie will come, in the shortest time we can manage to ship it. Thanks for understanding ;)

    sometimes the waiting is so long i forget that i ordered something and when it comes in the mail, i’ll be going “what on earth did i order?” and it will be christmas all over again when i open the package.  :-D

     

    the wait is well worth it.

    :) I bought my Hoddie together with the Comic the Chain. so I’m not waiting for.   I just read t before that ubiworkshop apologized about the delay of some item (not sure what) and in return they ship it together with a free print???

    The wait is just making me more excited for it to arrive. I understand the frustration – even feel it myself some times – but not much you can do other wait it out. I know everyone at UbiWorkshop are busy and working very hard to keep on top of things, but lets face it: they’re stuff is very popular and amazing so delays should be expected.

    @mysticheero: We are indeed victim of our own success. We’re working hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we’re also looking into options to ease the transition of our expansion. You should see our offices, we’re pretty close to have to put  piles of boxes on people’s desks ;)

     

    @ubiworkshoplexter: Yes, we do apologize for the delays, and (I think) we ship free prints with orders that were made before May 15th. Feel free to confirm all that and/or send any questions to ubiworkshop@ubisoft.com, but in theory, you’ll be receiving a free print, yes.
