Ok, so I bought a couple of the desmond hoodies first time around, and wanted a couple more as backup so got a couple from the new batch when they were restocked. Since i’ve not really worn any of them much apart from the old black number for a few minutes, just wanted to know what anyone else with one of each thought about the zippers – the old ones have plastic stoppers at each end and the new batch have metal stoppers. I want the set that I’m going to wear to be more durable / longer lasting than the other which i’ll keep in the bag, so while you might think that the metal ones would probably be more durable, maybe they have a downside as well, in that they could be more prone to rusting / corrosion over time and washing? Which one would you choose to wear and which would you keep?
