    Hi there,

     

    I am so very very very tempted to pretty much buy one of everything off this site, as it’s AWESOME!

    anyways, I am a fairly huge fella, and wish to get the orders correct as I don’t fancy paying a bucket load on import tax etc.

    in the UK I tend to wear 3XL and 4XL merc, my NFL Jersey is a 4XL (Reebok) – fits kinda baggy without any football armour on etc etc.

     

    I mostly would like a beaked hoodie, literally I would kill someone for one of these!

    Your site states an XL is 23″ across the chest, that is measure armpit to armpit, is that correct?

     

    IF for whatever reason, the hoodie arrives and it is tooooo small, can it be sent back for a refund? as I doubt you’d have anything bigger, unless you can do specific sizes upon request?

     

    on your store pages you have the offers you did on memorial day, which are now expired, but shows that you had the offers on as XXL… are the hoodies you did in that offer a XXL if so what inch chest would those of been, and will you be doing them again?

     

    I think I have asked enough questions for my first post, I hope yo hear from someone soon regarding these matters :-D

    i am not sure if they will entertain a refund but you might make a little more perhaps when you sell it. you did say someone might even kill to get one. why not make a killing by selling it?

    I’m by no means an expert on this but just by taking what is in the FAQs (link at the bottom of the page):

    “*For REFUND, EXCHANGE or RETURN possibilities, log in to your store account and view your completed orders. Please note that you have 45 days after your order has been shipped to open a claim. Afterwards, we will not be able to accept your refund, exchange or return request”

     

    You would be better off emailing them rather then asking on the  forums – its probably faster and the admins don’t always get chance to check on here often. Just bare in mind it won’t be an instant response – they can take a couple of days to reply as they are busy people, but they will get back to you as soon as possible. Again quoted directly from this website:
