    For the Desmond Hoodies I would like to now were peoples hoodies are because mine hasn’t even shipped yet so i would like to see if other people have this problem

    There are already so many threads about the Desmond hoodie and people asking where they are and when they’ll be shipped. If you read the threads already active on the topic (which I see you have even commented on so I would hope you actually read them) you’d know that there have been a series of delays that Ubiworkshop are trying their best to over come and that they are very busy with getting everything packaged and shipped out. Hundreds of orders dealt with by only a couple of people, with added stress of delays from the manufacturers and people emailing them constantly fo update.

     

    I undertstand the frustration of this – I am waiting for my hoodie too. But as you commented in the Shipping topic yours has been marked as “awaiting shipment”. That means they are just waiting to pass it onto what ever postal serivce they use, and they’ll do this in batches of orders so they can cut down on how often they call for a pick up.

    Sorry to rant at you but seriously the guys at Ubiworkshop must be utterly fed up and feel so under appreciated when they’ve done us so many good turns, especially as they went out of the norm for us and actually *RESTOCKED* the Desmond hoodie after its first sell out when they don’t do restocks. I don’t even work for them and I’m getting fed up of the constant whining going on.

    For all the people claiming that we  ”SHOULD LEARN TO HAVE PATIENCE”  8-) , they need to understand what we’re frustrated by.  I have no problem when the order getting stuck because it was coming by boat

    from China.  I am sympathetic towards those issues as I know what it’s like to be in there situation, so I

    have no problem waiting in that regard.

    The problem here is that they announced from the rooftops that they finally have the product and then they gave out a shipping time frame that they clearly couldn’t fulfill.  If they had never given out that 1st-8th time frame, I think there would be a lot less frustration by those of us who ordered WELL before July 23rd and are still sitting here waiting.

    @saosin yeah, i understand that you/we can get frustrated if they can’t keep a promise, and they should keep there promises as you said, but its nothing wrong with having patience anyway:)

    you know, they are absolutely right: they’ve waited long enough, so if their hoodies haven’t shipped yet, then they should just cancel their orders. they get their money back, they don’t have to wait in frustration. ubiworkshop aren’t bothered by them anymore, they can move on with the rest of their lives. everybody’s happy.

    @pedgz There is one bright side about that outcome: stocks go back up which is a good thing for those who missed their previous opportunities. :P

    Although I encourage anyone who haven’t received an update to their order status to think about it this way: you waited so long, the end is almost near, why not just wait a little longer when you know it’s finally coming sooner or a little later? Don’t make all that time and patience for naught. The good thing we can
    also hope for is that UbiWorkshop has a very good habit of making up for these mistakes and learning from them.

    nah. let them give in to the dark side and just ask for a refund. you let them wait some more and most likely when they get these hoodies, all we’ll get to see are  69 million “my hoodies came in late” threads without even a word of thanks for the workshop. at least with an order cancellation, they didn’t lose their money, hoodies go back in stock, everybody’s happy, life goes on.

    Mine’s just shipped, after a brief fit of running around the house blasting sweet victory, I noticed the shipping said 15 days. Hoping that’s just an error, because I’m certain I chose UPS 2-5… I’ll find out soon enough, happy regardless.
