I really love you, guys! :”) Thanks for the free shipping!
You’re the best!

I must say that it’s a very nice collector’s edition, but I was wondering what can those who preordered the encyclopedia already can do. When the encyclopedia was annonced, it said in the post:
“Oh looks like you do have a final question “Wait a minute am I going to pre-order the encyclopedia to discover later on that it is included in a collector edition of ACIII? [...] The collector editions of AC3 are unannounced yet so I can’t really speak about them (or they will put a price on my head) but I can tell you that there will be no official collector edition including the Encyclopedia.”

I knew this could haunt me back !
I owe you the truth when I said that we weren’t sure yet if we would be able (or not) to create a Ubiworkshop edition and therefore had no idea what it would include if it ever happens.
We discussed the topic internally and came to the conclusion that it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel the order and “upgrade” to this new offer especially with the free shipping because we thought it would save money for a lot of people.
Does that sounds fair ?
Mathieu said on May 31, 2012
Yes, don’t worry, that is fair enough

While I’d like to pout and go, “No, still not fair,” I suppose I only have myself to blame. I was relying on your post and preordered the Encyclopedia when it was first announced and then went to preorder the the game at GameStop.
Since I’m pretty sure there’s no remedy for people in my situation, I suppose I’ll just have to suck it up and deal with it.
Here’s to hoping you guys announce more collector’s editions in the future that’ll rival the Europe-exclusive “Join or Die” and “Freedom” Editions.

I preordered mine at Gamestop too… However, I know I can cancel my preorder and transfer my deposit on another game preorder. I now have a month to decide what I’ll do…

while I’m glad that we can cancel our preorder on the encyclopedia so we can instead buy this bundle, I don’t see anywhere on the order status page to cancel, only reorder. I sent ubiworkshop an email about this yesterday. Seriously, does this mean every single person has to email you guys to cancel an order? That’s way more work for you guys than it should be. How long will it take for them to eventually get to my email?

Those who have pre-ordered the Encyclopedia can cancel their order and pre-order the Ubiworkshop Edition.
Mathieu said on May 31, 2012
Ok, thanks for the information ^^

I pre-ordered The Chain too… gosh, i prefer a connor hoodie in this edition than an encyclopedia
but it doesn’t look like it would ever happen.
Justin said on May 31, 2012
Same, I have already preordered The Chain and the encyclopedia.
And now this great offer comes along…

There are regions for blu-ray. Does that restriction apply to ps3 games too?
katia said on June 1, 2012
All PS3 GAMES are Region-Free, but DLCs aren’t. Keep in mind that if you get a european version of the game you will need to buy PSN credit from a European PSN Account…welp that’s what I was told…..
